Your coach

A dedicated human coach builds your programme, reviews your weekly check-in with your photos, and answers you directly. Nothing runs on autopilot.

The system

Structured training blocks, a workout logger built for the gym floor, and a Frame Ledger that records every session of your year.

Bear

Your own Bear Intelligence account. Nutrition, sleep and decisions, tracked daily between check-ins. Your coach does not routinely read what you write there.

This runs on structure: a weekly check-in, three photos, a short conversation with Bear Intelligence System. It works if you show up for it. If you go quiet for an extended stretch without saying anything, your coach reaches out directly. We don't run this on autopilot, and it's not built for someone who wants to either.
